RETURN POLICY
Do you offer returns or exchanges? We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at raynesmerch@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order and we will assist in resolving the issues.
Will I be charged customs on my order? A customs and tax fee can occur on orders shipped outside of the USA. This fee is not in our control and will be assessed by your local customs office.
When will I receive my order? Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 business days
Fulfillment times may be longer due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related supply chain delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Contact the shipping carrier first, and double-check to ensure your shipping address is listed correctly. If you need further assistance, reach out to raynesmerch@gmail.com within two weeks of the estimated delivery date.
